Park Rules

General Rules

  • Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am.
  • Mail service is provided.
  • Lots rented on a seasonal basis may be reassigned if someone desires to rent the lot annually. The seasonal renter will be notified and given a chance to rent the lot annually or move to another lot.

Pet Policy

  • We have a 2 dog per unit maximum.
  • All pets including cats must be on leashes and cleaned up after.
  • No aggressive behavior will be tolerated.
  • We have a dog park just east of the outdoor fireplace.

Refund Policy

  • Deposit refunds possible only if serious illness or death in immediate family.
  • No refunds on unused rent.
