General Rules
- Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am.
- Mail service is provided.
- Lots rented on a seasonal basis may be reassigned if someone desires to rent the lot annually. The seasonal renter will be notified and given a chance to rent the lot annually or move to another lot.
Pet Policy
- We have a 2 dog per unit maximum.
- All pets including cats must be on leashes and cleaned up after.
- No aggressive behavior will be tolerated.
- We have a dog park just east of the outdoor fireplace.
Refund Policy
- Deposit refunds possible only if serious illness or death in immediate family.
- No refunds on unused rent.
