Important Information
- CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund of deposit upon cancellation. Should something come up for you, we will be happy to move your reservation to another date at no extra charge. No refunds for early departure or no-shows. No refunds or credits on unused rent.
- A $300 Deposit is required to reserve a site for month and longer reservations.
- A $3.00 Booking Fee is applied to all reservations.
- All Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Each additional guest will be charged an additional $3.OO per day and must register at the office.
- Lots rented on a Seasonal Basis may be reassigned if someone desires to rent the lot annually. First the seasonal renter will be notified and given the opportunity to rent the lot annually or move to another lot.
- Electric is metered at $0.14 per KWH.
- Water, Sewer & Trash included in rental rate.
- A refundable $40.00 deposit is required for your Electronic Gate Opener.
- Use of tents are prohibited .
- Management may change rates and policies at their discretion.
